Grab your mat and join me for this 45-minute vinyasa flow class that is open to all practice levels. This flow is all about alignment, getting a good sweat, and having fun! We're going to work on all parts of the body and open the mind. We'll incorporate Surya A & B, arm balances and even have opportunities for inversions. If you're up for it, this will be a great chance to get out of your comfort zone. And finally, we will also go over how the yoga poses used in this flow will work on your body.
